To me, this is about validating people’s worth, compliment people genuinely. Such simple gestures can touch people’s life. We need a lot of validation cos we don’t get enough of it. When was the last time someone praise you or compliment you?
In 16 minutes, Kurt can tell a story so moving, so touching, it makes people cry and laugh. It changes my life. When I tell my colleagues and people “You are awesome”, they are touched. It make their day.
After you watch this movie, start to find something to compliment someone. It can their body features, the clothes they wear, their kind acts, their talents and achievements, their contribution to the world, or just who they are uniquely as a person.
If you read a blog and you like it, leave a positive comment. This will encourage the author to write more of the things you like.
Tell them that “you are awesome”, “you are amazing” and you can see the smile on their face. You can touch the world.
